RedotPay and BlockSec Partner to Advance Security and Compliance in Stablecoin Payments

RedotPay and BlockSec partner to advance stablecoin payment security and compliance, covering wallets, payment systems, threat intelligence and KYT/AML.

BlockSec × RedotPay

RedotPay, a global stablecoin-based payment fintech, and BlockSec have signed a strategic partnership framework agreement to advance security and compliance in Web3 payments. Under the agreement, signed on September 9, 2026, the two companies combine RedotPay's payment operations with BlockSec's security and compliance expertise to identify and defend against risks across stablecoin payments.

About RedotPay

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Hong Kong, RedotPay is a stablecoin-based payment platform used by more than 8 million people in over 100 countries to spend, send and manage digital assets. Its products include a crypto card, scan-to-pay, global transfers, a multi-currency wallet and RedotPay Connect for merchants. RedotPay holds MSB registrations in the United States and Canada, a VASP license in Argentina, and a state-level money transmitter license in the US.

The challenge: securing every step of a stablecoin payment

Stablecoin payments have moved beyond proofs of concept into everyday consumer spending and merchant settlement. That shifts the security question. Beyond smart contract bugs, payment providers must get key management, signing logic, fund-flow tracing and incident containment right.

A crypto payment also passes through more parties than most Web3 transactions: users, wallets, exchanges, payment gateways, card issuers, payment networks and merchants. A failure at any one of them can reach end users and partner banks.

How RedotPay and BlockSec work together: four focus areas, plus AI payment agents

RedotPay brings first-hand knowledge of where friction sits in a payment business. BlockSec brings experience from real attacks and incident investigations. The partnership focuses on:

  • Security boundaries of wallet and payment systems

  • Payment contract and settlement design, and which choices most often lead to incidents

  • Threat intelligence in practice, including how malicious address data can be applied on the business side

  • Compliance without friction: applying on-chain monitoring, KYT and AML requirements to payment flows while protecting user experience

Both companies are paying particular attention to AI-driven payment agents. Payments initiated by agents carry a different risk model from those initiated by people, and their safeguards need to be worked out before such payments scale. RedotPay and BlockSec will share their findings with the wider industry to help stablecoin payments grow into trusted financial infrastructure.
